Dr. Chien-Chi Tseng completed his doctorate in human resource development at the University of Minnesota in 2010. Dr. Tseng had 16 yearsf experience in industry, research, and teaching. He has published peer-reviewed papers at the Journal of Entrepreneurship, Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, Journal of European Industrial Training, and major management conference proceedings in the USA. Based on his research performance, he was selected for the Emerging Diversity Scholar Award at the University of Michigan, National Center for Institutional Diversity in 2010-2011. | ||
Dr Siti Zaleha is a senior accounting lecturer at the International Business School (IBS) of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) International Campus since July 2010. She joined UTM in 1997 and prior to joining IBS, she was an accounting and finance lecturer at College of Science and Technology of UTM International Campus. She obtained a Ph.D in accounting from the International Islamic University. She is actively involved in research and currently heading a project on risk management and performance measurement systems. She has more than 10 publications in the area of management accounting, risk management and organizational behavior. |

His Current Research and Consulting includes Corporate Social Responsibility in IT industries, IT Infrastructure Management and Call Centre Management. Recipient of Outstanding International paper Reviewer from CMR for year 2008. Member of Editorial Board of International Journal CMR since 2009,Fellow Member of Internet Society, Kolkata Chapter, Member of CIO Association of India.He is working as Head of ICT Cell, KIIT University as an additional assignment.
